Advice
Don't want to have to worry about installing updates? Then take out a maintenance contract with us. We will then provide an annual check of the entire system and install all updates. You will also receive an 8% discount on replacement parts and a fully completed protocol at the end of the maintenance. Useful for your possible audit.

More about SYCL
SQL database
All SYCL data is stored in an SQL database. The SQL server backs up the data so that in case of problems, the complete database can be restored. The backup interval can be set as required during or after installation. The data remains exclusively within your organisation.
If you already have an SQL server, it is possible to run SYCL on it.
Making changes easily
The substations, which SYCL uses, can now also be placed in your server room. If you move equipment, this is adjusted in SYCL with 1 patch change.

Back-up
The standard backup within SYCL is up to 24 hours. By installing a SD card if required, you can extend the time and data of the backup.
Audit trail
The audit trail records all events and actions. This data is retrievable at all times.
Wireless
Wireless SYCL does not use (general) WIFI because it is prone to interference.
To ensure a stable network, we have chosen to use our own wireless network. The network we use is the 433 Mhz but on its own part of this spectrum.
Optical, acoustic and telephone alarm
The e-mail and SMS licence allows the SYCL software to send a message in the event of an alarm notification. Purchasing and managing the SMS bundle is up to the user.
If you also take out a maintenance contract with us, we will take over the purchase and management for you.

Maintenance contract
You can take out a maintenance contract with us for SYCL. This includes an annual functional test of the complete system. In addition, the system is cleaned up and you are assured of the latest updates to SYCL.
