Temperature Registration System SYCL

The temperature registration system enables monitoring of, temperature, relative humidity, pressure, CO2, O2, particles in clean room, air speed, doors (open or closed) and water bath conditions (on / off). When the setpoint of an incubator is altered, the alarm limits of SYCL are automatically adjusted.

De hard- en software is volledig eigendom van Hettich Benelux. 

U betaalt éénmalig, bij aanschaf of uitbreiding, de kosten en daarna zijn er geen maandelijkse of jaarlijks terugkerende software licentiekosten.

Bij onderhoud aan de server wordt alle data lokaal opgeslagen voor maximaal 24 uur. Door eventueel een SD kaart te integreren, is het mogelijk meer data op te slaan dan 24 uur. 

Zodra de server weer 'actief' is wordt de opgeslagen data automatisch toegevoegd aan de database. 

SYCL uses Microsoft® components, making it compatible with most common software within companies. 

Also, our monitoring system is browser independent (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and works, currently, on Windows10 and Windows11.

By using Microsoft® components, it is possible to keep SYCL up to date with the latest developments. 

All data is stored in the SQL database; this data is encrypted and cannot be manipulated. Data stays within your own network but can also be stored in your own Cloud. Every day a backup of the database is made. All actions that are performed are logged in an audit trail.

Depending on your requirements, you can have SYCL installed wired or wireless (or a combination).  No matter whether the equipment to be monitored is in 1 or several locations, everything can be registered in 1 system. 

If you want flexibility to move your equipment internally, then wireless is the best choice. Or opt for wired, in which case you only have to make the change in the server room (patching). 

SYCL has been developed to support you for the following standards: GMP, FDA CFR 21 part 11. (audit trail), JACIE, ISO 15189, ISO 17025 and GAMP-5.
