Hettich Benelux Ovens

Speed, accuracy, units with or without circulation heating are methods that Hettich Benelux uses in its ovens depending on application.

The oven is equipped with an inlet valve which draws in outside air via an optional dust or HEPA filter. This air is distributed inside the cabinet by means of a distribution plate. At the top of the oven the excess moist air leaves the cabinet via a controlled outlet. This construction creates a kind of hair dryer principle with which an optimal drying effect is obtained.

Temperature range: room temperature + 10 ° C to a maximum of 300°C

The ovens have an unique horizontal (or vertical) air circulation system that ensures a very accurate temperature distribution and rapid removal of humid air despite the loading in the cabinet. A controllable air outlet is installed on the top side for ventilation.

The Hettich Benelux (Elbanton Special Products) ovens are available in the following sizes (internal):

• DMV1000 → 500 x 500 x 600 mm (interior: aluminum, exterior: stoved steel);
• DMV1250 → 500 x 500 x 850 mm (interior: aluminum, exterior: stoved steel));
• DMV 1500 → 500 x 500 x 1100 mm (interior: aluminum, exterior: stove enameled steel);
• TS50 → 370 x 310 x 350 mm (interior and exterior: stainless steel);
• TS100 → 370 x 310 x 714 mm (interior and exterior: stainless steel).

Temperature range of the DMV models is up to 110 °C and of the TS models up to 300 °C.

In addition, it is possible to have ovens custom made to the customers own specific dimensions. Any racks or carts for samples are made to order in consultation with you

Depending on the application, Hettich Benelux ovens can provide a simple controller for 1 temperature to a fully programmable intuitive touch screen controller for multiple temperatures or profiles. An overheat protection is standard.

All Hettich Benelux ovens are made from stainless steel and  seamlessly finished, making them easy to clean.

Our quality management system complies with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ISO 14001 standards. In addition, we are a Sedex member (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange). Within the production process, various quality checks are carried out according to established protocols.
