Hettich Benelux Water & Shaking water baths

The Hettich Benelus (shaking) water baths are manufactured to customer specifications. 

Rack for samples are custom built according to customer's requirements. 

Speed, accuracy and with or without circulation heating are methods used by Hettich Benelux in the baths

The baths can be cooled rapidly with iced water or heated with steam, hot water or a high power heating element. The temperature can be accurately controlled by cooling with a compressor , electrical heating and rapid circulation of the liquid with an internal pump. 

Temperature range: 0 °C to 100 °C.

Depending on the requirements of the user, Hettich Benelux can manufacture oil baths with either a simple controller or a fully programmable intuitive touch screen controller. 

An overheat protection is standard. 

The water level can be regulated as desired by using optional automatic filling and drainage. The drain for the water can be standard or provided as an option. 

For very accurate level control, Hettich Benelux can provide an electronic height measurement of the water. 

The shaking movement of a Hettich Benelux  water bath can be either linear or orbital. The shaking frequency is adjustable and depends on the type of sample and the wishes of the customer.

A tilting rack can also be supplied as an option. 

All Hettich Benelux water baths have an internal construction of stainless steel 316, ensuring a high chemical resistance. 

The exterior can either be constructed from stainless steel 304 or 316. The metalwork has an almost completely seamless finish. 

As standard a drain is provided making it easy to clean.
