The Service & Installation department, together with our Operations & Production department, is responsible for all our service activities, installation work and our own production. Our service technicians are all in possession of a valid VCA certificate and receive regular training with regard to the products in our product range. Hettich Benelux is STEK certified; our service technicians (who are used for cooling operations) are in possession of a F-gas certificate. The automated planning system is a valuable tool for this department.
At our office in Geldermalsen we have a wel-equipped workshop that gives us the opportunity to carry our some larger repairs or to carry out endurence tests. If required we can also provide, if necessary and available, replacement equipment so that your process can continue. For external activities Hettich Benelu conforms to the covenant 'Safe application of Medical Technology in specialist medical care'.
