Hettich Benelux Fermentation baths

All Hettich Benelux fermentation baths have an internal construction of stainless steel 316, ensuring a high chemical resistance. 

The exterior can either be constructed from stainless steel 304 or 316. The metalwork has an almoste completely seamless finish. As standard a drain is provided making it easy to clean. 

The Hettich Benelux fermentation baths can be customised to your specifications; number of fermentation positions, with one or more compartments, stirrers, pH control, height adjustable boilers with various diameters. 

Depending on customer requirements, Hettich Benelux can supply fermentation baths with a simple controller or a fully programmable intuitive touch screen controller.

The latter can independently control the temperature of the different compartments, measure pH (optonal), start and stop stirrers automatically (optional) and monitor (optional). 

Speed, accuracy, and circulation heating are methods used by Hettich Benelux in the fermentation baths.

The baths can be cooled rapidly with iced water or heated with steam, hot water or a high power heating element. The temperature can be accurately controlled by cooling with a compressor, electrical heating and rapid circulation of the liquid with an internal pump. 

The water level can be regulated as desired by using optional automatic filling and drainage. 

The drain for the water can be standard or provided as an option according to your specifications. 

For very accurate level control, Hettich Benelux can provide an electronic height measurement of the water. 

The shaking movement of a Hettich Benelux fermentation bath can be either linear or orbital. 

The shaking frequency is adjustable and depends on the type of sample and the wishes of the customer.

A tilting rack can also be supplied as an option.
