Hettich Benelux Oil baths

The shaking movement of a Hettich Benelux oil bath can be either linear or orbital. 

The shaking frequency is adjustable and depends on the type of sample and the wishes of the customer. 

A tilting rack can also be supplied as an option. 

Speed, accuracy, and circulation heating are methods used by Hettich Benelux in the oil baths. 

The temperature can be accurately controlled by electrical heating and rapid circulation of the liquid with an internal pump. 

The heating elements are not in contact with the oil. 

Temperature range: room temperature  +10°C to 200°C. 

Depending on the requirements of the user, Hettich Benelux can manufacture oil baths with either a simple controller or a fully programmable intuitive touch screen controller. An overheat protection is standard. 

The Hettich Benelux oil baths are manufactured to customer specifications. 

Rack for samples are custom built according to customers requirements. 

All Hettich Benelux oil baths have an internal construction of stainless steel 316, ensuring a high chemical resistance.  

The exterior can either be constructed from stainless steel 304 or 316. The metalwork has an almost completely seamless finish. As standard a drain is provided making it easy to clean. 

The Hettich Benelux oil baths can also be equipped with LED lighting, a recirculation pump system or a lid.
